If you've been to my class, you know for sure two things are going to happen. Plank & Chaturanga! Core strength is so important to a healthy practice and a happy body. There is no need to have six pack abs, but being able to hold your own body in Plank pose is a great idea. Plank and Chaturanga build lots of upper body and core strength, as well as determination to follow through in your practice when asanas seem unbearable. I've put together a great little sequence that you can add into your vinyasa or try it alone.
