Picking what to eat some days can feel very overwhelming, especially when you have 3 little people demanding to be fed. So I’m sharing my quick and very filling smoothie bowl recipe.
1/2 cup of Pea Protein Powder
1 cup of Oak Milk
1 tsp Lavender
1 tsp Chia Seeds
1 tbsp Honey
1 cup of Granola
Pineapples & Strawberries
Blend all the Frozen Fruit, Milk, Protein Powder, Chia Seeds & Lavender
The blend should be thicker than a traditional smoothie.
Pour into the bowl
Top smoothie with Granola & fresh fruit
Drizzle with honey & a few more Chia Seeds.
